ASTM A213 Stainless Steel seamless pipe is a tubular product manufactured according to ASTM A213 standard, mainly used in boilers, superheaters and heat exchangers to transport high temperature fluids. Although ASTM A213 was originally designed for high temperature service, some of the materials included in it, such as certain stainless steels or low alloy steels, also have the corrosion resistance advantages of stainless steel and are suitable for applications requiring higher corrosion resistance and high temperature properties.

ASTM A213/ASME SA213 covers low-alloy steel tubes and minimum wall thickness, seamless ferritic and austenitic steels, boiler and superheater tubes, and austenitic steel heat exchanger tubes. Specify grades TP304, TP304H, TP304L, TP310S, TP310HCbN, TP316, TP316H, TP316L, etc. Pipe materials can include stainless steel, austenitic or ferritic alloy steels, designed to ensure long-term stable operation in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive environments.

Manufacturing process

Performance characteristics
