Manufacturing Processes
Cold Extrusion/Hydroforming (1/2" – 8"): Produces seamless tees with uniform wall thickness and excellent surface finish.
Hot Pressing/Hot Forming (8" – 24"): Suitable for fully heat-treated, thick-walled, large-diameter forged carbon steel or alloy steel tees.
Welded Assembly Tees (26" – 48" and larger): Designed for large-scale piping systems; all welds undergo 100% radiographic testing (RT).
Quality Control & Inspection
Full NDT Testing: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Positive Material Identification (PMI).
Dimensional Tolerance: Strict adherence to ASME B16.9 tolerances for center-to-end, height, and wall thickness.
Documentation: Mill Test Certificates (MTC) supplied in full compliance with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2.
End Beveling & Protective Coatings
End Connections: Standard 37.5° Beveled Ends per ASME B16.25 for seamless field butt-welding.
Coating Options: Black Painting, Anti-Rust Varnishing, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, 3LPE, and FBE External Coatings.
