We supply high-quality seamless and welded steel pipe tees, including Equal (Straight) Tees and Reducing Tees in carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and duplex steel. Manufactured according to ASME B16.9, MSS SP-75, and EN standards, our butt-weld tees are widely used in oil & gas pipelines, water treatment, petrochemical processing, and industrial piping systems. Full wall thickness coverage (Sch 10 to XXS for carbon steel; Sch 5S to 80S for stainless steel) and precision end beveling (ASME B16.25) are available upon request.

1. Material & Grade Options


Carbon Steel / Low Temp: ASTM A234 WPB, WPC; ASTM A420 WPL6

Stainless Steel: ASTM A403 WP304/304L, WP316/316L, WP321 (DIN 1.4301 / 1.4404)

Alloy & High-Yield Steel: ASTM A234 WP11, WP22, WP91; MSS SP-75 WPHY 42/52/60/65

Duplex Steel: ASTM A815 UNS S31803 / S32205 / S32750

2. Size & Wall Thickness Range


Size range: Seamless: 1/2" – 24" (DN15 – DN600) | Welded/manufactured: 26" – 48"+ (DN650 – DN1200+)

Wall Thickness: Carbon Steel: Sch 10 to XXS | Stainless Steel: Sch 5S to 80S

End Preparation: Standard Beveled Ends (ASME B16.25) or Plain Ends. Custom 3LPE/FBE anti-corrosion coating available upon request.

3. Product Types 


Equal Tee (Straight Tee): Features identical branch and main run diameters. Used when the branch line requires the same flow volume as the main pipeline.

Reducing Tee: Features a branch diameter smaller than the main run line. Designed to adjust flow rates and pressures without requiring an additional pipe reducer.

Manufacturing Processes

Cold Extrusion/Hydroforming (1/2" – 8"): Produces seamless tees with uniform wall thickness and excellent surface finish. 

Hot Pressing/Hot Forming (8" – 24"): Suitable for fully heat-treated, thick-walled, large-diameter forged carbon steel or alloy steel tees. 

Welded Assembly Tees (26" – 48" and larger): Designed for large-scale piping systems; all welds undergo 100% radiographic testing (RT).

Quality Control & Inspection

Full NDT Testing: Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Positive Material Identification (PMI).

Dimensional Tolerance: Strict adherence to ASME B16.9 tolerances for center-to-end, height, and wall thickness.

Documentation: Mill Test Certificates (MTC) supplied in full compliance with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2.

End Beveling & Protective Coatings

End Connections: Standard 37.5° Beveled Ends per ASME B16.25 for seamless field butt-welding.

Coating Options: Black Painting, Anti-Rust Varnishing, Hot-Dip Galvanizing, 3LPE, and FBE External Coatings.
