General corrosion-resistant stainless steel pipe
This type of pipe uses chromium as the main alloying element. After annealing or heat treatment, it can achieve good corrosion resistance and certain mechanical strength. They are particularly suitable for occasions that require resistance to common acids and alkalis, moisture or mild chemical medium corrosion.
Stainless steel pressure pipe
Pressure tubes are usually made of pure chromium or chromium-nickel alloys and can be classified into various forms such as electrofusion welded tubes, seamless tubes and ordinary welded tubes. They can withstand relatively high internal pressure, and thus are often used in high-pressure conveying systems, boilers, petrochemical plants and other scenarios. In addition, there are large-diameter welded pipes specifically designed for high-temperature working conditions, as well as pressure pipes made of ferritic stainless steel to meet the demands of different working environments.
Stainless steel sanitary pipe
Sanitary pipes emphasize a smooth surface, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning, maintaining a long-lasting luster. They are widely used in industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals and bioengineering. When in direct contact with products, they can ensure hygiene and safety and will not cause secondary pollution to the medium.
Stainless steel mechanical tube
This type of pipe can be processed into various cross-sectional shapes (such as square, rectangular, elliptical, etc.) by rolling or extrusion, and is often used to manufacture cylinders, bearing sleeves, guide shafts and other mechanical parts that require hollow forming. Its advantage lies in that it not only has the corrosion resistance of stainless steel but also can meet the special requirements of mechanical parts for size and shape.
Stainless steel aviation pipeline
Pipes used in the aviation industry need to have high strength, good weldability, as well as high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. Usually, thick-walled and large-diameter seamless welded pipes are selected. This type of pipe is used in the structural piping, fuel transportation and other critical systems of aircraft, and has extremely high requirements for the reliability and stability of the material.
Aircraft hydraulic pipeline
The pipelines of aircraft hydraulic systems are generally small in diameter, but they need to withstand extremely high working pressure. At the same time, they must maintain excellent corrosion resistance and good ductility in harsh environments, facilitating bending and forming as well as connection. They are typically used in fields with extremely high reliability requirements, such as the fuel lines of aero engines and hydraulic control systems.
