OCTG Products

OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) are steel pipes used for drilling, completion and production in oil and gas wells. They are manufactured to API 5CT and supplied as casing, tubing, drill pipe, drill collars, pup joints and couplings.

Available API 5CT grades include H40, J55, K55, N80-1/N80-Q, L80-1/L80-9Cr/L80-13Cr, C90, T95, C110, P110 and Q125. L80, C90 and T95 are typically selected for CO2/H2S-containing service; P110 and Q125 are used for higher-strength applications where sour service is not required.

Products are manufactured to the applicable edition of API 5CT. Mill test certificates, API Monogram and third-party inspection such as SGS or BV are available on request. Final acceptance shall be based on the purchase specification and the mill test certificate.

Typical applications include drilling and well completion, oil and gas production, and geothermal energy exploration. Grade and connection selection should be confirmed against well conditions and design load.
